Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an experienced end-to-end solution designer with OSS/BSS cloud implementations to join our Bengaluru team. The candidate should be able to onboard quickly, with a target start within 0–15 days.

Responsibilities include leading design across telecom OSS/BSS domains, business analysis, data modelling, UML, and integration patterns, mentoring teammates, and driving growth initiatives. Engage clients, present proposals, and steer POC-driven innovation.

Job description

We are looking for experienced end to end solution designer with OSS and BSS Cloud Implementations resource. Who can join 0-15 Days max.

Technical Expertise and Solution Design

Working experience on Digital Transformation, OSS/BSS Cloud Implementations, Network Transformation programs.

Conduct business analysis, business process re-engineering, and E2E solution or system design within the Telecom OSS/BSS domain.

Work extensively with network devices and element managers across fixed and wireless domains.

Hands-on experience with collections, discovery, inventory, and automation products integration.

Provide hands-on expertise in data modelling, UML, and integration patterns.

Apply and utilize a strong understanding of telecom frameworks such as eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, and ODA.

Leverage knowledge of technologies including 4G/5G/Metro Ethernet/ATM/MPLS/SONET/SDH etc and their mapping to OSS systems.

Leadership and Practice Growth

Take up a leadership role within the unit, mentoring, and guiding team members.

Identify and develop growth opportunities, driving strategic initiatives to expand the organization's capabilities.

Spearhead new initiatives, from conceptualization to proof of concept (POC).

Client Engagement and Business Development

Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Actively participate in sales and business growth initiatives, including client presentations and proposal development.

Innovation and Capability Development

Drive innovation in OSS and network design practices, ensuring alignment with emerging technologies.
