Job summary

Qode seeks a Senior Telecom Solution Architect / Solution & Delivery Lead with extensive OSS/BSS expertise to own the full lifecycle from concept and presales through to end-to-end delivery for CSPs.

You will design holistic OSS/BSS solutions, drive presales and engage with Sales, and lead delivery with cross-functional teams across 4G/5G, orchestration, network automation, APIs, and TM Forum standards to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of telecom experience with exposure to OSS and BSS.
• Experience in solution architecture, presales and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong knowledge of 5G, OSS/BSS, orchestration, and network automation.
• Experience collaborating with Sales in engineering/IT services or SI.
• Customer-facing and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end OSS/BSS solutions for operators/CSPs.
• Lead presales activities, RFP/RFI responses, and solution proposals with Sales.
• Own delivery from solution conception through implementation and go-live.
• Architect solutions across 4G/5G, service assurance, fulfillment, provisioning, orchestration, inventory, and cloud-native telecom.
• Drive OSS/BSS modernization and integration using APIs, microservices, and TM Forum standards.
• Identify AI/ML, GenAI, and AIOps use cases for automation and operations.
• Lead technical teams to ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Telecom Solution Architect / Solution & Delivery Lead with extensive expertise in both Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS). This pivotal role requires an individual who can independently lead the entire lifecycle of solutions, from initial concept and presales engagement through to successful end-to-end project delivery.

You will be instrumental in shaping and implementing cutting-edge solutions for telecommunications operators and Communication Service Providers (CSPs), driving innovation and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an opportunity to leverage your deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end OSS/BSS solutions for Telecom Operators/CSPs.
• Drive presales, RFP/RFI, solution proposals, estimations and customer engagements with Sales.
• Independently own project delivery from solution through implementation and go-live.
• Architect solutions across 4G/5G, Service Assurance, Fulfillment, Provisioning, Orchestration, Inventory, Network Automation, SDN/NFV and Cloud-native Telecom.
• Drive OSS/BSS modernization and integration using APIs, microservices and TM Forum standards.
• Identify AI/ML, GenAI and AIOps use cases for network automation, service assurance and intelligent telecom operations.
• Lead technical teams and ensure successful delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.

Must-Have

• 15+ years of Telecom experience with strong exposure to both OSS and BSS.
• Proven Solution Architecture + Presales + End-to-End Delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of 5G, OSS/BSS, orchestration, network automation and telecom transformation.
• Experience working with Sales in an Engineering/IT Services or SI environment.
• Strong customer-facing and technical leadership skills.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI or AIOps in Telecom preferred.
