Job summary

UKG is seeking a Solution Consultant II in Pune, hybrid role, to support end-to-end HCM implementation projects for US and Canada clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure and test modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management, and ensure compliance with US/Canada labor laws.

You will also prepare test scripts, assist UAT, provide go-live support, and participate in workshops with global teams while staying updated on HCM technology

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HCM system implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of US/Canada HR, Payroll, GL and Benefits.
• Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM modules.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Stay informed on latest HCM technology updates and compliance changes in US/Canada.
