Job summary

UKG in Pune is seeking an Associate Manager of Payroll Services to oversee day-to-day payroll operations for US payroll, leading a 10–12 person team in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on accuracy, SLA adherence, and process improvements.

The candidate should have 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in US payroll end-to-end processing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. UKG Pro/Ready experience is a plus; FPC/CPP certification preferred.

• Experience leading a direct team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• FPC or CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with UKG Pro/Ready is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the payroll department.

• Ensure daily production meets SLAs; maintain accuracy.
• Support automation and transformation projects with the leadership team.
