UKG in Pune city, India is seeking a Solution Consultant II to join the hybrid-work Professional Services Consulting (PSC) team. You will support end-to-end HCM implementations for US and Canada clients, collaborating with on-site teams and clients to gather requirements and configure modules.

You will work with Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules, ensuring compliance with labor laws and delivering testing, UAT support, and go-live assistance while staying current with HCM technology

Qualificações

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HCM system implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of US/Canada HR, Payroll, GL and Benefits.
• Experience in HCM configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute test scripts; support UAT and resolve defects.
• Provide go-live support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Engage with our Project teams in various geographies in order to understand their business needs regarding the various modules of UKG Pro product Participate in client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Stay informed on latest HCM technology updates and compliance changes in US/Canada.

You will be joining theProfessional Services Consulting(PSC) Implementation team for the new customer deployments ofUKG Pro product and work with UKG customers in multiple geographies. The project scope involves interacting with onsite teams and customers on a regular basis. We hire people having knowledge in Human Capital Management domain for projects like ADP, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Com, B.SC, BCS, BCA, MCA and B. Tech graduates preferred or equivalent in to other academic qualifications.
• 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience inHCM system implementation (Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar platforms).
• Strong functional knowledge ofUS/Canada HR, Payroll, GL and Benefits.
• Demonstrated experience in HCM configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Solid problem‑solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and client interaction abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
