Job summary

Leena AI in Gurgaon/India seeks a strategic, client-facing implementation consultant to lead enterprise deployments, design scalable solutions, and drive project outcomes from kickoff to value realization.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in SaaS implementation, strong problem-solving, and experience with APIs and data models. Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, or Rocketlane is preferred, plus awareness of Agentic AI concepts.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with enterprise processes, integrations, APIs, and data models.
• Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and tools like JIRA or Rocketlane.
• Awareness of AI concepts, including Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align solutions to business goals.
• Manage project delivery, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Drive integrations with HRMS, payroll, and IT systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure workflows, automations, and basic scripting (JavaScript).
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practice.
