Job summary

Leena AI seeks a strategic, client-facing implementation consultant to lead enterprise deployments and design scalable solutions for back-office processes. You will drive projects from kickoff to value realization, engaging stakeholders across HR, IT, and finance.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementations, managing risks and changes, and enabling integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. Strong communication, Agile familiarity, and knowledge of AI concepts are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with enterprise processes, integrations, APIs, and data models.
• Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and tools like JIRA or Rocketlane.
• Awareness of AI concepts, including Agentic AI.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
