Job summary

NAZZTEC is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant - AI Application Implementation to lead end-to-end deployments of AI-driven enterprise applications for global pharmaceutical clients.

The role combines technical leadership, solution design, and strong client-facing communication. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant, high-quality deployments across projects.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Implementation Consulting / Technical Consulting / Solution Engineering / Application Implementation.
• Strong understanding of system design and application architecture.
• Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Python.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization.
• Understanding of AI/ML application integration.
• Experience with data models, APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technical discussions and implementation programs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
• Pharma manufacturing/ Life Sciences/ Manufacturing domain experience.
• Regulatory, audit, and validation documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-driven enterprise applications.
• Contribute to system design, data models, integration strategies, and performance optimization.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable implementation designs.
• Drive technical solutioning and implementation decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead solution walkthroughs, requirement clarification sessions, and technical discussions with clients.
• Act as the primary technical interface between the client and internal teams.
• Manage expectations across business, IT, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on technical progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Drive implementation planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Identify technical risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and implementation stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

We are looking for a Lead Implementation Consultant - AI Application Implementation to lead the successful deployment of AI-driven enterprise applications across global pharmaceutical clients.

The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, solution architecture, client-facing communication, implementation leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and drive high-quality, compliant deployments.

1. Technical Leadership & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-driven enterprise applications.
• Understand and contribute to system design, data models, integration strategies, and performance optimization.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable implementation designs.
• Ensure best practices in Python development, SQL optimization, and AI/ML model integration.
• Drive technical solutioning and implementation decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Lead solution walkthroughs, requirement clarification sessions, and technical discussions with clients.
• Act as the primary technical interface between the client and internal teams.
• Manage expectations across business, IT, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure successful implementation outcomes.

• Ensure seamless collaboration between internal product teams and client IT teams.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and implementation stabilization.

4. Compliance & Quality - Strong Advantage

• Exposure to Pharma Manufacturing / Life Sciences environments will be highly advantageous.
• Understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
• Exposure to GxP environments and quality/compliance frameworks.
• Support documentation required for validation, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure implementation activities align with applicable quality and compliance standards.
