Job summary

Innovatiview in Noida Sector 127 is seeking a Solution - Presales professional to lead government tendering and solution design across smart city and surveillance projects. You will coordinate with OEMs, prepare technical responses, DPRs, FRDs, BOQ/ estimation sheets, and conduct client meetings.

This role requires experience in government tenders, SITC-based projects, and effective documentation. Preference for candidates from system integrators or government infrastructure firms.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Government tendering, bid management, and technical proposal preparation.
• Hands-on expertise in OEM coordination, technical documentation, and SITC-based projects.
• Exposure to Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) ecosystems and surveillance infrastructure.
• Candidates from Big 4 consulting firms, reputed System Integrators, or Government infrastructure organizations will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing presales and solutioning activities for Smart City, Safe City, ITMS, ICCC, and Surveillance related Govt projects.
• Understanding and analyzing RFP/RFQ/Tender documents along with preparation of detailed technical compliance responses.
• Designing end-to-end SITC solutions covering surveillance, networking, command control centers, integrated security systems, and smart governance solutions.
• Preparing DPRs (Detailed Project Reports), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), technical documentation, BOQ/BOM, estimation sheets, and architecture diagrams.
• Managing OEM coordination and working closely with technology partners for technical solution finalization.
• Participating in client meetings, pre-bid discussions, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Coordinating with Government departments, Smart City SPVs, Consultants, PMCs, OEMs, and internal delivery teams.
• Supporting technical bid submissions, techno-commercial evaluations, and project planning activities.
• Ensuring technical compliance as per Government standards, project requirements, and SLA commitments.
• Collaborating with project execution teams during project transition and implementation phases.
