Job Description

As a Solution Planner, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will analyze client requirements and support the configuration of solutions from a standard set of offerings. Your typical day will involve liaising with the delivery organization to ensure effective transitions, shaping services, and determining appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. You will also work closely with client stakeholders to secure sign-off on the proposed solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and organizational standards.

• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, senior stake holders and contribute on key decisions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Professional Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management, Adobe, Salesforce, Martech/Marketing Technology, Mobile App Solutions, SAP Hybris, Commerce Tools.
• Along with strong Presales capabilities such as: RFP/RFQ support, effort estimation, pricing commercial structuring, sales/orals preparation, client-facing solution presentations.
• Strong understanding of system integration and architecture frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication.

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
