Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong full-stack expertise in .NET, Azure, and React to design scalable enterprise solutions and drive AI-native initiatives across the technology landscape.

You will lead a team, engage stakeholders, and translate business needs into actionable technical plans. The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in IT, deep backend and cloud experience, and familiarity with Azure Functions and Durable Functions.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of IT experience with full-stack capability in .NET, Azure and React.
• Strong backend experience including SQL and architecture design skills.
• Ability to estimate features, create technical artifacts and lead delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions; AI SDLC exposure.
• Experience with agentic AI solutions using Microsoft tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend and cloud layers.
• Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Lead a development team through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Build and maintain cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure.
