Qualifications

• Proven experience of 15-20 years as a Solution Architect, with a focus on AI technologies and application modernization.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models in production environments.
• Expertise in modernizing legacy systems, refactoring strategies, and monolith-to-microservices transformations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong stakeholder management.
• Strong research skills to stay abreast of AI trends and modernization patterns.
