EPAM Systems, Inc. Bengaluru seeks a Lead Software Engineer to deliver full-stack solutions using .NET, Microsoft Azure and React.

You will own architectural design, steer technical delivery from estimation to deployment, and mentor engineers across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating scalable architectures, integrating AI-native practices into the SDLC, and guiding stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of full-stack engineering experience with .NET, Azure and React.
• Strong backend development experience with SQL.
• Proven architectural design and solution planning.
• Leadership experience guiding teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure services including Functions and Durable Functions.
• Knowledge of AI SDLC practices and agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities
