EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead/Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI Solution Engineering to design, build, and deploy full-stack LLM-powered AI applications on Azure.

You will drive best practices in cloud architecture, coding standards, and responsible AI delivery across enterprise systems. The role requires hands-on Azure AI experience, strong Python/C#/APIs skills, and intent to lead cross-functional teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• 6–14 years of IT experience.
• Strong coding skills in Python, C#, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, Foundry, Cognitive Services).
• Familiarity with vector databases and NLP techniques.
• Experience in CI/CD and code reviews to ensure production-ready code.
• Knowledge of security, RBAC, and cloud-friendly architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack LLM-powered AI applications on Azure.
• Develop APIs/microservices with Python, C#, or Node and integrate with UIs and enterprise systems.
• Drive agentic AI development using Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments to AKS, App Service, and Functions.
• Perform health checks, audits, and code reviews for clean, production-grade code.
