EPAM Systems, Inc. in Chennai is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Architect to lead enterprise-scale cloud platforms and AI solution delivery. You will drive cloud transformation, architect secure, scalable Azure-based systems, and mentor engineering teams across projects.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and presales to shape modernization programs and deliver innovative Azure OpenAI/GenAI solutions that align with business goals.

• Experience guiding large modernization and migration projects to Azure.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders, presales, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-scale Azure cloud platforms and landing zones (subscriptions, mgmt groups, networking, identity, security, governance, monitoring, automation).
• Design secure, scalable Azure-based solutions using AKS, App Service, Functions, API Management, Event Grid, Service Bus, SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage.
• Define cloud-native strategies including re-platforming, re-architecting, containers, microservices, and event-driven designs.
• Guide migrations and modernization of large workloads to Azure and provide architecture governance.
• Lead architecture workshops, create reference architectures, and support RFP/RFI responses.
