As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and development teams, to gather requirements, define architectures, and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations to improve system performance, reliability, and usability.
• Develop architectural documentation, including system diagrams, specifications, and guidelines, to support project delivery and future maintenance.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.
• Lead proof-of-concept efforts and perform technical feasibility studies to validate solution designs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations of the solution.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their application within the organization.
• Identify technical risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in a solution architect role with an overall experience of 10+ years.
• Strong experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems.
• Experience in designing solutions using the .NET tech stack, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and experience in designing event-driven systems using Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and frameworks.
• Knowledge of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies.

Preferred Certifications

Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or AWS Solution Architect, are desirable but not mandatory.

Educational Qualifications

B.E/ B.Tech / M.C.A / MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
