Job summary

Intglobal seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to design scalable, secure technology solutions aligned with business goals in Kolkata. You will bridge business and technical teams, craft end-to-end architectures for web, mobile, and enterprise apps, and drive architecture governance across projects.

You will lead integration with ERP/CRM systems, guide developers on patterns and standards, and ensure performance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years of software development and architecture experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Strong experience with monolith, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on backend and frontend tech including Node.js/Java/.NET and React/Angular.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of middleware and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Security, performance, and scalability best practices.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the architecture supports both functional and non-functional requirements across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for web, mobile, and enterprise applications
• Translate business requirements into scalable and robust technical designs
• Develop architecture blueprints, system diagrams, and technical specifications
• Ensure adherence to best practices in scalability, performance, security, and reliability

2. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and clients to understand requirements
• Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales and delivery phases
• Present architecture solutions to senior stakeholders and client leadership.

3. Technical Leadership

• Guide development teams on architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
• Conduct technical reviews, design validations, and code audits
• Provide solutions for complex technical challenges and system integrations

4. Integration & Systems Design

• Design integration architecture across systems (APIs, micro services, third-party tools)
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SAP, etc.)
• Define data flow, API contracts, and middleware strategies

5. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance (e.g., ISO, GxP, GDPR where applicable)
• Define and enforce architecture governance frameworks and best practices
• Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning

6. Performance & Scalability

• Design systems for high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability
• Optimize performance through caching, load balancing, and efficient data handling
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI/ML, cloud, and automation

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in software architecture design (monolith, microservices, event-driven)
• Hands-on experience with backend (Node.js, Java, .NET) and frontend (React/Angular)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems
• Understanding of middleware and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Strong understanding of design patterns, system design, and distributed systems
• Experience with high-availability and scalable system design
