Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and implement secure, scalable solutions. The candidate should have expertise in Node.js, Java, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), and strong DevOps practices. This mid-senior level role is remote and full-time, suitable for individuals with at least 8 years of experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Node.js, Java, and microservices-based architectures.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
Deep understanding of DevOps tools and practices.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
Pre-sales experience (Nice to have).

Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js, Java, Microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS, along with a strong background in DevOps practices. Experience in pre‑sales activities is highly desirable to support technical discussions with clients and shape innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions.
Develop and implement scalable, microservices‑based architectures using Node.js and Java.
Optimize and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure, GCP, or AWS to ensure high availability and performance.
Integrate containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes for efficient deployment and scaling.
Incorporate DevOps practices to streamline CI/CD pipelines, improve code quality, and automate infrastructure provisioning.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams during solution implementation.
Engage in pre‑sales activities, including technical presentations, solution proposals, and client discussions to drive business growth.
Conduct performance tuning, system optimization, and ensure adherence to security best practices.
Document architectural designs, best practices, and operational procedures for solutions delivered.
