Benthon Labs Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead architecture design across complex projects. You will analyse business and technical designs, propose technology solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable systems.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience at senior level, full-time employment, and a strong background in public cloud, VMware, and enterprise architecture. Salary will be as per standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture.

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics and MCA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve existing business problems.
• Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.
• Defining features, phases, and solution requirements.
• Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
• Providing subject matter expertise for public cloud (AWS, Google, Azure), VMware cloud solutions, cloud migration technology domains and databases and other related technologies.
• Analyzing the technology environment.
• Analyzing enterprise specifics.
• Analyzing and documenting requirements.
• Setting the collaboration framework.
• Creating a solution prototype.
• Participating in technology selection.
• Controlling solution development.
• Supporting project management.

Overview

We are looking for experienced Solution Architects to be part of our development team. As a senior architect, the resource will analyse business and technical designs/processes and determine appropriate technology solutions for customers. You will lead the architecture design on a variety of complex projects in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced environment and work closely with business users, business analysts, and solution architects to build technology solutions.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Hands‑on experience deploying to private and public cloud infrastructure (VMware, AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Understanding of key DevOps concepts and tools (automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), configuration management, serverless architecture).
• Articulate the journey towards micro‑services – containers, Kubernetes, or service fabric.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture best practices with relevant experience building, deploying, and/or maintaining business‑critical apps.
• Hands‑on experience with scripting & automation languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Hands‑on development experience with one or more of the following: Java, C#, Ruby, NodeJS, Go.
• Presentation skills with high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and developers.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Out‑of‑the‑box thinker, should be creative when it comes to solutioning.
