Aarvi Encon is seeking a Senior Project Manager Solar EPC to lead end-to-end project execution from mobilization to commissioning at Nagpur project sites. The role demands 8–15 years of Solar EPC/renewable energy experience and BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or Renewable Energy.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, manpower and subcontractors, ensuring milestones, safety, QA/QC and regulatory compliance while coordinating with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solar EPC/renewable energy projects.
• Exposure to project planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Knowledge of BOQ, estimation and procurement processes.
• Stakeholder coordination with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Familiarity with HSE, QA/QC and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and commissioning from mobilization to handover.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, manpower and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with utilities and authorities (MSEDCL/DISCOM etc.).
• Review method statements, drawings and QA/QC docs.
• Monitor progress against project schedule and BOQ.
• Drive risk mitigation and ensure timely billing and reporting.

Position: Senior Project Manager Solar EPC

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra / Project Sites

Experience: 8–15 Years in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Civil / Mechanical / Renewable Energy

Key Responsibilities

Overall planning, execution and completion of Solar EPC projects from mobilization to commissioning and handover.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, manpower, materials and subcontractors.

Lead execution of DC, AC, HT/LT, civil, structural, module mounting, inverter, SCADA, earthing and evacuation works.

Coordinate with MSEDCL/DISCOM, CEIG, MEDA, consultants, clients and statutory authorities.

Monitor project progress against approved BOQ, drawings, DPR and project schedule.

Ensure timely procurement and availability of critical materials at project sites.

Review and approve method statements, drawings, work plans, inspection plans and QA/QC documentation.

Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards and statutory requirements.

Manage EPC contractors, vendors and site teams; conduct regular progress review meetings.

Identify project risks, delays and cost overruns and implement corrective actions.

Monitor billing, measurement, certification, variation orders and project commercial aspects.

Coordinate testing, commissioning, synchronization and final project handover.

Prepare and submit MIS, weekly/monthly progress reports and management dashboards.

Drive timely closure of punch points, snag lists, documentation and as-built drawings.
