Job summary

Tminputs And Services in Guwahati is hiring a Service In-Charge to manage after-sales service operations for solar inverters across multiple locations including Bhubaneswar, Jaipur, Kolkata and Srinagar. The role requires 5+ years in solar inverter servicing and strong leadership abilities.

You will lead service engineers, handle escalations and warranty claims, support installation and maintenance, and coordinate with sales to ensure timely, compliant service and accurate MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar inverter servicing.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, troubleshooting and warranty support.
