Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Power Engineering.
• 0–1 year experience; freshers may apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and power systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD / electrical design tools.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of technical documents, drawings, and reports for BESS projects.
• Learn about battery technologies (Lithium-ion, LFP, etc.), PCS, EMS, and SCADA systems.
• Support site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning of BESS systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams; monitor progress and report deviations.
• Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities; perform functional testing of BESS components.
• Ensure safety and quality standards; maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – BESS

Department: Engineering / Projects / RenewableEnergy

• Support preparation oftechnical documents, drawings, and reports.
• Learn about batterytechnologies (Lithium-ion, LFP, etc.), PCS, EMS, and SCADA systems.

2. Project Execution

• Support site activitiesincluding installation, testing, and commissioning of BESS systems.
• Coordinate with contractors,vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress andreport deviations.
• Assist in pre-commissioningand commissioning activities.
• Support functional testingof BESS components (Battery racks, inverters, transformers).
• Ensure adherence to safetyand quality standards.

4. Operation & Maintenance Support

• Help in troubleshootingsystem issues and performance monitoring.
• Assist in preventive andcorrective maintenance activities.
• Analyze system data andgenerate performance reports.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain projectdocumentation (drawings, test reports, checklists).
• Prepare daily/weeklyprogress reports.
• Ensure compliance withproject and regulatory requirements.
• Basic knowledge ofelectrical engineering and power systems
• Understanding of renewableenergy systems (Solar + BESS preferred)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD /electrical design tools
• Analytical andproblem-solving skills
• Good communication andteamwork abilities
• Willingness to work atproject sites

Educational Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical /Electrical & Electronics / Power Engineering

Experience:
