Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Experience with CMMI Dev/ SVC Implementation.
• Strong knowledge of various project life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project progress and compliance reviews.
• Conduct metrics analysis and training sessions.
• Perform audits and define processes.
• Assist project managers in compliance with CMMI-DEV/Services L5 Practices.
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal guidance.

Skills

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating continuous software process improvement by analyzing process requirements along with existing process completeness, correctness, and efficiency.
