Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish project quality plans and strategies to achieve goals.
• Initiate and set up new projects ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Ensure project processes align with customer and organizational standards.

• Understand customer processes and ensure project compliance.
• Engage with customers on process harmonization initiatives.
• Analyze and communicate process improvements to internal management and customers.
• Tailor processes for projects and provide support to delivery team members in Project Management, Incident Management, Service Management, and Configuration Management.
• Conduct project performance analysis and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Perform project assessments and audits, analyzing performance at the project, account, and business unit levels.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of process improvement plans.

• Contribute to the improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Service Management Systems (SMS) by leveraging lessons learned and best practices from projects.
• Conduct training sessions on process orientation, project management, and estimation techniques.

Mandatory Skills:

• ISO Internal Auditor certification.
