Key Duties

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for large-scale systems
• Perform QA planning and estimation for QA tasks
• Design and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks and pipelines
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing
• Collaborate with team members and other teams to enforce quality standards and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and reporting metrics
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including test automation and strategy
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Zephyr) and API testing tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with performance and security testing tools (JMeter)
• Strong initiative, minimal supervision, collaborative team player, and creative problem-solving skills
