ROLE SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and delivery teams in a cross-functional agile environment.

Champion a quality-first approach, ensuring testing and validation are integral to the development process.

Define, design, and execute test strategies, leveraging suitable techniques and heuristics to ensure robust coverage.

Work hands‑on with developers to test products during build cycles, providing fast feedback and insight.

Contribute to automation initiatives—identifying opportunities and helping improve framework coverage and efficiency.

Participate in continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing QA processes, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing roles.

Strong understanding of testing techniques, heuristics, and test process optimization across SDLC.

Working knowledge of test automation principles—understanding when, how, and why to implement automation.

Exposure to building or maintaining automated test frameworks is an advantage.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to raise risks proactively and drive solutions with stakeholders.

Curious, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

Experience with any of the following is desirable:

Testing Tools: Playwright, Storybook, or similar modern testing frameworks

Backend Stack: C# / .NET applications

Observability Tools: Grafana, Datadog, or similar
