Job summary

Koch in Bengaluru's Connected Mobility Solutions Division is seeking a Software Quality Specialist to provide objective assurance that work products and processes meet customer expectations and internal provisions. You will conduct quality reviews and support ASPICE assessments.

You will work in an international team with team members in India and Germany, collaborating with design centers globally; you will drive ASPICE readiness and coach the team on SW quality matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in SW Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related area.
• Intacs Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE certification.
• 4–6 years proven experience in SW- or System-Engineering.
• Effective presentation and ability to respond to questions from groups.

• Create a strategy to ensure that quality goals of a project are achieved.
• Perform independent assurance of the quality of the work products.
• Organize and conduct internal ASPICE Assessment or in collaboration with the customer to ensure process quality.

Job description

As a Software Quality Specialist, you will provide objective and independent assurance that work products and processes comply with the customer’s expectations and internal provisions. Conduct quality reviews and process compliance checks. Support Automotive SPICE assessments and assessment readiness activities.

You will work in an international team with team members in India and Germany. The team is closely collaborating with design centers globally. Due to new tasks and projects, the team is growing, and you will have the opportunity to bring in your expertise. In bandalore GTC, you will be working for Connected Mobility Solutions Division

What You Will Do

• Create a strategy to ensure that quality goals of a project are achieved.
• Perform independent assurance of the quality of the work products.
• Organize and conduct internal ASPICE Assessment or in collaboration with the customer to ensure process quality.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor Degree in SW Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related area
• Certification as intacs Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE
• 4 - 6 years proven experience in SW- or System-Engineering
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups

What Will Put You Ahead

• Certification as intacs Competent Assessor Automotive SPICE
• Good understanding of the requirements of Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
• Good understanding of the requirements of Cybersecurity (ISO 21434)
• Good understanding of agile methods (e.g. SCRUM)
• Experience in HW Engineering
