Accenture LearnVantage (ALV) seeks a hands-on Software Prod & Platform Engineer Associate Manager to own backend services end-to-end, using Java/Golang/Node.js/C#, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and relational databases, with a focus on AI coding tools Cursor and Claude.

Based at Bengaluru or Gurugram, you will mentor engineers, drive quality with unit/integration tests, and translate ambiguous requirements into solid, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on backend development in Java/Golang/Node.js/C#/CS fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience writing unit and integration tests; familiarity with AI coding tools Cursor/Claude.
