AI Engineer Tech Lead

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office 6 Days a Week)

About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven AI Engineer Tech Lead to help build and scale next-generation AI products, platforms, and enterprise solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Agentic Systems, and building production‑ready applications that create real business impact. You will work directly on AI research, product development, innovation initiatives, client deployments, and advanced AI solutions across multiple industries. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role requiring strong ownership, execution capability, and a passion for solving complex problems using AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale backend systems using Python and FastAPI.
• Build enterprise‑grade AI products and platforms.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI, LLM, Computer Vision, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build AI‑powered applications, automation systems, copilots, avatars, and intelligent assistants.
• Create RAG pipelines, vector search systems, semantic search engines, and knowledge platforms.
• Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and other leading AI models.
• Develop Computer Vision applications including OCR, object detection, image analytics, facial recognition, and video intelligence.
• Design scalable APIs, microservices, and real‑time AI systems.
• Build React‑based dashboards and frontend integrations.
• Deploy and manage production infrastructure across cloud environments.
• Optimize performance, latency, reliability, scalability, and infrastructure costs.
• Participate in AI research, innovation projects, and product strategy discussions.
• Lead technical implementation from concept to production deployment.

Required Skills

• AI & Generative AI:
  • Strong hands‑on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures and AI orchestration systems.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Backend Development:
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • FastAPI expertise is mandatory.
  • Experience building scalable APIs and backend systems.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with distributed systems and event‑driven architectures.
• Computer Vision:
  • Experience with OpenCV, YOLO, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Detectron, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience in image processing, OCR, object detection, tracking, and video analytics.
  • Real‑time Computer Vision deployment experience preferred.
• Infrastructure & Databases:
  • PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
  • Docker and Kubernetes.
  • AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
  • CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Frontend:
  • Working knowledge of React.
  • Experience integrating AI systems into user‑facing applications and dashboards.
