Software Lead – Tableau & HTML Design Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Lead with expertise in hospitality ERP solutions (on-premise and Cloud SaaS), advanced proficiency in analytics and reporting, and expert in Tableau, HTML and crystal design and front-end customization. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of software development experience, at least 2 years in hospitality technologies, and a solid understanding of hotel operations and departmental workflows.

This role involves leading the design, development, and enhancement of analytics dashboards, reporting tools, and HTML-based customizations, ensuring seamless integration with hospitality business workflows and delivering customer-centric solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hospitality ERP & Domain Expertise

• Collaborate with support and implementation teams to translate hotel operational needs into ERP system designs and functional enhancements.
• Design and implement solutions for bills, reports, dashboards, and HTML-driven forms or UI elements in both on-premise and Cloud SaaS products.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Crystal Reports, Tableau dashboards, and HTML templates to support client decision-making and operational reporting.
• Ensure ERP outputs (invoices, receipts, settlements, reports) are professionally formatted using HTML/CSS to align with customer branding and compliance requirements.

Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Provide technical leadership to support and implementation teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Guide junior engineers in report development, HTML design, and dashboard customization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Implementation, and Customer Success) to deliver high-quality, customer-ready solutions.

SKILLS

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

6+ years of software development experience.

3–6 years of experience in Crystal Reports development.

Hands-on expertise in VB6, .NET, SQL Server.

Proven ability to design and customize HTML-based reports, invoices, and settlement forms.

Advanced Tableau skills for analytics, visualization, and interactive dashboard creation.

At least 2 years of experience in hospitality ERP technologies, including Front Office, POS billing, and settlement design.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations and departmental workflows.

Experience delivering both on-premise and Cloud SaaS ERP solutions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
