Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Analyst – PS East to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will play a critical part in implementing and supporting IDS Next’s hospitality solutions (including PMS and related systems) for clients across the East region. You will work directly with hotel teams to understand operational needs, configure solutions, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with hotel clients to understand operational workflows across front office, housekeeping, reservations, and billing.
• Assist in implementation and configuration of IDS Next PMS and integrated modules.
• Conduct requirement analysis and translate them into system configurations.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Provide on-site or remote training to hotel staff on system usage.
• Troubleshoot issues during and post-implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, engineering) for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, implementation checklists, and reports.
• Ensure timely project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Understanding of hotel operations (front office, reservations, billing) is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of software implementation lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or exposure to Property Management Systems (PMS) or hospitality software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions professionally.

Experience Level

• 1–3 years in Professional Services / Implementation / Hospitality Technology.
