Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a highly motivated engineer to administer and support enterprise Product Management and Delivery platforms, including Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, and related integrations.

You will partner with Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Engineering teams to drive governance, reporting, onboarding, and workflow optimization. Responsibilities include onboarding new users, maintaining dashboards, configuring integrations with GitHub, Jira, and other tools, and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management or DevOps platforms.
• Experience administering Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar enterprise tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Experience
