Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead medium to large-scale digital and technology projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and aligned to business objectives. You will partner with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to drive successful outcomes.

This role requires strong Agile/Scrum practices, stakeholder management, risk and change management, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams across software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management delivering digital or technology solutions.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across software engineering, product management, architecture, QA, DevOps, and operations.
• Drive project planning, execution, status reporting, and governance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests, and resolve escalations.
• Communicate project progress, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across teams.

Position Summary

Lead medium to large-scale digital and technology projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. Partner with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across software engineering, product management, architecture, QA, DevOps, and operations.
• Drive project planning, execution, status reporting, and governance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests, and resolve escalations.
• Communicate project progress, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management delivering digital or technology solutions.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in cloud platforms, data & analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation programs.
• Manufacturing Digital Platforms experience
• Data & Analytics programme leadership
• Cloud (AWS/Azure), Snowflake, DataOps/MLOps knowledge
• AI/GenAI programme delivery experience
• Digital Twin / NVIDIA Omniverse exposure
• DevOps and Platform Operations governance
