Unifize in Bengaluru (In Office) is seeking a Senior Platform Manager to bring order to chaos by defining specs, aligning two customer-facing co-founders on what is built, and ensuring the backlog is well-groomed and actionable for engineers. You will work across product, engineering, and QA, writing clear specs, prioritizing ruthlessly, and driving enterprise-grade features with compliance in mind.
This role offers exposure to core modules, integrations, and infrastructure in a growing SaaS
Location: In Office, Bangalore
Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a Platform Manager who can bring structure to chaos.
You’ll be defining the specs, juggling two customer-facing co-founders to get alignment on what gets built with a clear why.
You’ll ensure everything in the backlog is well-groomed, technically feasible, and mapped to real customer pain points as seen by different teams — so that engineers can build fast and correctly the first time. The negative KR is the number of releases by the engineering team that get stuck in the beta environment because of a lack of stakeholder alignment.
This means you’ll do a bit of everything: write specs, talk to customer-facing teams, jump into QA, and argue for clarity when others want speed.
We have structured this in Responsibilities and Accountabilities, where responsibilities is your personal day-to-day while accountability is to get it done by other folks in the company.
