As a Software Engineer – CDH Applications, you will shape and drive the technology vision by building and scaling modern, cloud‑native solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build modern, user‑loving experiences — shape new microfrontends and microservices using DDD principles, collaborating with UX and design partners to create intuitive, accessible interfaces powered by our evolving design system.
- Engineer cloud‑native solutions that scale — design and ship event‑driven services in Node.js or .NET on Azure, leveraging PaaS capabilities, Cosmos DB, and thoughtful integrations with legacy systems.
- Code with quality at the core — champion TDD, automated testing, code reviews, static analysis, and continuous refactoring—using AI tools to move faster while raising the bar.
- Deliver with ownership and purpose — partner closely with product and business teams to understand the “why,” make smart tradeoffs, and take end‑to‑end accountability from concept to customer value.
- Ship early, often, and confidently — work in a CI/CD environment with frequent production releases and strong observability, ensuring reliability and real impact.
- Grow the craft and the team — continuously improve architecture, processes, and performance, while mentoring peers in DDD, TDD, and modern engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Strong engineer with deep TDD discipline and proficiency in JavaScript (Angular or Vue preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with microfrontend/microservice and event‑driven architectures, cloud deployment and modern DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams and translate technical concepts into business value.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience at a software product company; service/consultancy experience considered only if it involves product engineering in healthcare payments or related domains.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
- Location: Bangalore, India.
