Job summary

Medline India is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, implement, and integrate applications, systems, and software across front-end, back-end, middleware, and database layers.

You will translate requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with business users, and ensure scalable, high-quality results using ReactJS, Node.js, Java, microservices, QA automation, DevOps, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Overall 3+ years of professional experience in backend and/or frontend software development.
• Minimum 3+ years of full stack development experience building scalable web applications.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs for back-end development.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and container orchestration using Kubernetes / Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing practices, and DevOps integration.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and application security in designing and operating large-scale multi-tenant systems.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, along with caching and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong grasp of software architecture principles, design patterns, and API design.
• Exposure to diverse development methodologies, including agile and waterfall, with a preference for agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with analysts and delivery teams to enable sprint outcomes and incremental business value.
• Foster a full stack engineering culture, encouraging adoption of T-shaped skills and cross-functional growth within the team.
• Collaborate effectively in a global team setup, working with product stakeholders and business partners to design, build, and support scalable applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code, ensuring best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Proactively drive root-cause analysis and resolution of production issues, with focus on long-term improvements and reliability.
• Continuously identify and implement performance optimizations at application, infrastructure, and database levels.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions across teams.
• Integrate & fine-tune AI/LLM models (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.)
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams & ship production-ready solutions

Medline India is looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong technical Front end, Back end, middleware and database skills. This role requires designing and developing complex web and mobile applications and ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems. Key responsibilities include coding, code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using modern technologies like ReactJS, Node.js, java, microservices, QA automation, Devops and cloud platforms.
