Job summary

NIIT is seeking a proactive Software Engineer to join our development team in Gurugram. The role focuses on building, testing, and maintaining scalable applications while writing clean, reusable code.

You will collaborate across teams to design features, debug issues, and participate in code reviews, keeping up with emerging technologies.

A Bachelor's in CS/IT and hands-on experience with at least one programming language are required; experience in web/backend development is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• 1 year of experience is required.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
• Experience with web technologies, frameworks, or backend development is a plus.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and deployment processes.
