Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our healthcare IT team on site. The role focuses on L2/L3 production support for EMR/EHR/HIS and related applications, ensuring high availability and reliable operations.

You will collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and drive issue resolution, upgrades, testing, and configuration management in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in US Healthcare Provider domain.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for EMR, EHR, HIS and healthcare apps.
• Monitor performance, investigate incidents, troubleshoot, and resolve within SLA.
• Manage ITIL-based incident, problem, change and release workflows.
• Diagnose issues using logs, queries, and system analysis.
• Collaborate with clinicians and admin staff to support workflows.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Support upgrades, patches, testing, and configuration management.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security requirements.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Diagnose and resolve application, interface, data, integration, and workflow-related issues using logs, database queries, and system analysis.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to support clinical, operational, and business workflows.
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, database, and development teams to drive timely issue resolution and continuous service improvements.
