Job summary

GTT Foundation is seeking a Soft Skills Trainer to deliver and enhance training programs across diverse groups in Kolkata. The role requires delivering engaging sessions, designing content, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in soft skills delivery, strong English/Bengali (and local languages) communication, and familiarity with learning methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of soft skills training delivery experience.
• Experience designing training content and curricula.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and learner engagement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Soft Skills Training Programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet use.
• Conduct training sessions for EV and Community domain students at Kolkata, East location.
• Design, plan and implement effective training curriculum on behavioral, communication, and interview skills.
• Build customized training content and assessment tools.
• Apply modern training methodologies for engagement and learning outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program execution.
• Identify and onboard budget trainers for projects at various locations.
• Deliver content and ensure completion of assigned projects.
• Conduct capacity-building activities for key stakeholders.
• Maintain and submit monthly training reports (qualitative & quantitative).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of the internet.
• Conducting soft skills training sessions for EV and Community domain students at the Kolkata, East location.
• Designing, planning, and implementing effective training curriculum on behavioral, communication, and interview skills.
• Building customized training content and assessment tools.
• Applying modern training methodologies for improved engagement and learning outcomes.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with learners across all levels.
• Certification(s) in behavioral skills training preferred.
