Job summary

ANUDIP FOUNDATION in West Bengal invites a capable trainer to empower underprivileged youth through Soft Skill and interview readiness programs. You will map locations, counsel learners, review resumes, conduct mock interviews, and prepare students for employment opportunities.

The role requires a graduate with at least one year of relevant experience, strong English/Hindi/Bengali communication, and willingness to travel to remote areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Professional training in Soft Skill, Behavioral and Attitude.
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to remote areas.
• Good Communication and Influencing skills.
• Proficiency in English, Bengali and Hindi.
• Preferred Industry: IT.

Responsibilities

• Impart training on domain.
• Map and identify needy youths and counsel them.
• Review resumes and provide interview coaching.
• Conduct mock interviews.
• Grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
• Maintain records of progress and development.
• Counsel students with academic problems and provide encouragement.
• Prepare students for jobs.
• Facilitate employment opportunities with prospective employers.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
