Anudip in Bengaluru is seeking an instructor to impart training on assigned courses for Differently-Abled youth and to guide them toward employment after training. The role involves arranging training locations, maintaining attendance, and coordinating with admin and support teams to ensure smooth batch operations.

The ideal candidate has a Graduate degree, 1 year of relevant experience in soft skills and IT, and strong communication in English and local languages.

Formación

• Minimum Graduate is required.
• Experience in professional training/soft skills is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic IT tools (MS Office, email) is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Imparting training on assigned courses.
• Mapping and identifying Differently-Abled youth for the next batch.
• Identifying training location and infrastructure as per the requirement.
• Counseling Differently-Abled Youth to join the course and to join a job after the training.
• Reviewing student resumes and providing feedback; coaching for the interview process.
• Conducting mock interviews.
• Assigning and grading class work, homework, tests and assignments.
• Maintaining attendance and keeping records of batch-wise students.
• Encouraging and monitoring individual student progress.
• Observing and maintaining records of student progress and development.
• Counseling students with academic issues and providing encouragement.
• Grooming students to prepare for jobs.
• Coordinating with Admin, accounts and other support teams as needed.
• Escorting students to job interview locations on interview dates.
• Undertaking additional responsibilities as per organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Imparting training on assigned courses.
• Mapping and identifying Differently-Abled youth for the next batch.
• Identifying training location and infrastructure as per the requirement.
• Counseling the Differently-Abled Youth to join the course and to join a job after the training.
• Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the interview process.
• Conducting mock interviews.

• Maintain students’ attendance as per the policy and Keep proper records and documents of batch wise students’ attendance.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
• Observe and maintain proper records of student’s progress and development.
• Counseling of students with academic issues and challenges and provide encouragement to the students.
• Groom the students to prepare for jobs.
• Need to coordinate with the Admin, accounts and other support functional teams time to time as per the requirement.
• Need to escort the students to the job interview locations on the dates of interviews.
• Need to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the organizational needs
