Job summary

ANUDIP FOUNDATION in Siliguri invites applications for a role focused on training Differently-Abled youth, guiding them from course completion to job placement, and providing interview coaching and resume feedback.

You will maintain attendance, track progress, and coordinate with admin and support teams while preparing students for remote and on-site trainings across regional locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduate required.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Professional training in Soft Skill and IT.
• Computer literacy with strong MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Impart training on assigned courses to Differently-Abled youth.
• Identify eligible youth for next batch and map training locations.
• Counsel youth to join courses and pursue employment after training.
• Review resumes and provide interview coaching; conduct mock interviews.
• Record attendance and maintain batch-wise progress and documents.
• Coordinate with admin, accounts and other teams as needed.
• Escort students to interview locations and support during interviews.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Imparting training on assigned courses.


• Mapping and identifying Differently-Abled youth for the next batch.


• Identifying training location and infrastructure as per the requirement.


• Counseling the Differently-Abled Youth to join the course and to join a job after the training.


• Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the interview process.


• Conducting mock interviews.


• Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.


• Maintain students' attendance as per the policy and Keep proper records and documents of batch wise students' attendance.


• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.


• Observe and maintain proper records of students' progress and development.


• Counseling of students with academic issues and challenges and provide encouragement to the students.


• Groom the students to prepare for jobs.


• Need to coordinate with the Admin, accounts and other support functional teams time to time as per the requirement.


• Need to escort the students to the job interview locations on the dates of interviews.


• Need to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the organizational needs

Desired profile

• Minimum Graduate


• Relevant Experience in years : 1year

• Professional behavior and attitude towards responsibilities and organizational policies


• Computer literacy with sound knowledge of updated Microsoft Office


• Willing to travel to remote areas for connecting beneficiaries and stakeholders


• Willingness to travel to remote areas for conducting trainings.


• Ability to organize tasks to save time and effort.
