Role & responsibilities:-

• Interview clients and families to evaluate their psychological & social stability.
• Develop individualized case plans with clear goals, actionable steps, and measurable timelines.

Advocacy & Resource Navigation

• Advocate for vulnerable clients within complex systems like courts, government agencies, and medical networks.
• Maintain an updated directory of local resources, community networks, and non-profit services.

Crisis Intervention & Counseling

• Deliver supportive counseling to help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills.
• Intervene in safety situations, filing mandatory reports for suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children and vulnerable adults.

Administration & Compliance

• Maintain detailed case notes and client files in compliance with state regulations and agency standards.
• Protect client confidentiality in accordance with professional ethical codes and privacy laws.

Preferred candidate profile

Education- Bachelors Degree in Social Work (BSW) or a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Experience- Minimum 2 Year in Healthcare
