This role is ideal for someone who understands the entire content lifecycle—from ideation to publishing and knows how to collaborate effectively with editors, designers, and production teams to create high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize engaging content ideas for YouTube and Instagram based on audience insights, trends, and business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate content production, including scripting, shoot planning, talent coordination, and production logistics.
• Work closely with videographers and editors by providing clear creative direction and feedback throughout the production process.
• Have a strong understanding of video production and editing workflows to ensure the final content aligns with creative and platform requirements.
• Publish and schedule content across YouTube and Instagram, optimizing titles, thumbnails, captions, descriptions, hashtags, and metadata.
• Track content performance using platform analytics and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, watch time, retention, and overall channel growth.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, creator strategies, and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the content calendar and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in social media content production or content marketing.
• Experience managing content for both YouTube and Instagram.
• Experience working on or growing a new or early-stage social media channel is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of content production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post‑production workflows (hands‑on execution is not mandatory).
• Good understanding of YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, and social media analytics.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics such as CTR, watch time, retention, engagement, and reach, and translate them into actionable content strategies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content pipelines simultaneously.

• Experience working with creators, influencers, or on‑camera talent.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnail strategy, and content packaging.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation and production workflows.
