Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Content Writer (Intern) role based in Navi Mumbai. The intern will support the content team by drafting and editing web and social media content for doctors and healthcare brands, including blogs, website copy, captions, and basic scripts. Daily tasks include researching medical and healthcare topics, transforming insights into clear, patient‑friendly content, and aligning messaging with each client’s positioning and brand voice. The role involves proofreading drafts, ensuring grammatical accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with marketing and design team members to deliver content for campaigns and digital assets. The intern will also assist in maintaining content calendars, documenting content ideas, and optimizing existing materials based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for digital platforms.
• Ability to contribute to basic Content Strategy and perform structured Research on healthcare topics and patient needs.
• Proficiency in Proofreading, with attention to grammar, spelling, tone, and brand consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for lay audiences.
• Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site agency environment in Navi Mumbai.
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms, blogs, and websites; exposure to SEO or content marketing tools is a plus.
