Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the social media team in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Day‑to‑day tasks include drafting post copy, sourcing or coordinating visuals, scheduling posts, and monitoring comments and messages. The role also involves assisting with basic performance tracking, competitor research, and trend spotting to inform content ideas and campaigns. The intern will collaborate with designers, marketers, and account managers to help ensure brand consistency and timely execution of social media activities.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation, including familiarity with major platforms and formats.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and marketing principles, with a desire to learn campaign planning and performance measurement.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and comfort using social media tools or scheduling platforms; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
