Job summary

Indian Silk House Agencies is seeking a socially inclined and creative Intern to support its digital team in building an engaging online presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. This hands-on role offers exposure to fashion branding, content creation, and community building.

You will help plan posts, craft reels, edit short-form videos, and coordinate with shoots and influencers, while learning analytics, calendars, and campaign concepts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily posts, reels, and stories across social platforms.
• Support content team with reels, trends, and campaign concepts.
• Create basic graphics and short-form videos using Canva and editing apps.
• Engage with community via DMs and comments under guidance.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with team during product shoots and influencer collaborations.
• Compile weekly performance reports and track engagement metrics.
• Maintain content calendar and ensure timely execution of posts.

• Assist in planning and scheduling daily posts, reels, and stories across social platforms
• Support the content team in ideating reels, trends, and campaign concepts
• Help create basic graphics and short-form videos using Canva and editing apps
• Engage with the community by responding to DMs and comments under guidance
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity
• Coordinate with the team during product shoots and influencer collaborations
• Compile weekly performance reports and track key engagement metrics
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely execution of posts

What We're Looking For:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
• Passion for fashion, aesthetics, and Indian culture
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts
• Basic working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools (CapCut,InShot, or similar)
• Good written communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
