Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a creative Social Media Intern to support content creation for a skincare/beauty brand. You will help with Reels, Stories, posts, and behind-the-scenes content in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Ideal for freshers with a strong portfolio; you will research trends, edit short-form videos, and maintain brand aesthetics using Canva, while collaborating with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Assist in creating engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and other content.
• Support planning and execution of short-form video content.
• Research current Instagram trends, Reels formats, sounds, memes, and content styles.
• Identify trending content opportunities in skincare/beauty/lifestyle.
• Assist during photoshoots, video shoots, and behind-the-scenes content at the clinic.
• Help capture and organise suitable content for social media use.
• Support development of creative concepts and content calendars.
• Maintain brand aesthetic across social media channels.
• Perform basic Reels and short-form video editing.
• Create simple social media creatives using Canva.
• Support content scheduling, publishing and day-to-day activities.
• Monitor audience engagement and assist with community interaction.
• Keep track of trends, competitors, creators, and formats.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute calendars and campaigns.
• Maintain organised content assets and support ongoing needs.
• Contribute new ideas to improve reach and engagement.
