Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, generating leads, improving online visibility, and supporting the company's overall marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid campaigns.
• Generate and improve leads through digital marketing channels.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Coordinate with the content/design team for social media posts, creatives and campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO and website optimisation activities.
• Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and ROI.
• Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities.
• Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
• Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Search Console is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign data.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in lead generation will be preferred.
