The role requires hands-on content planning, coordination with photographers and designers, and the ability to analyze campaigns to drive growth and reputation for our restaurants, cafes, and hotels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for hospitality or consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business profiles.
• Ability to craft engaging content, captions, and CTAs aligned with brand voice.
• Familiarity with analytics to optimize campaigns and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Google Business
• Create and manage monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
• Handle LinkedIn branding for company visibility, hiring posts, and B2B communication
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality content
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs aligned with brand voice
• Manage social media ads (Meta & LinkedIn – basic to intermediate level)
• Monitor comments, DMs, reviews, and online reputation
• Track analytics, insights, and campaign performance
• Stay updated with hospitality, food, and social media trends
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and operations teams for launches, events, and promotions
